Notes on prices

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Long lets are negotiable.

Changeover day

Saturday to Saturday changeover but can be flexible.
Arrival after 3.00pm
Departure by 10.00am

Booking notes

A £200 non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required against breakages, extra cleaning or surcharge for electricity used for air conditioning.
