Other:	The villa is on 3 levels. Ground floor has a furnished balcony with views of the pool. First floor main bedroom has further balcony. The top floor has a lobby with 2 drinks fridges and French doors lead onto the extensive roof terrace with lovely views.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Villa is cleaned before and after stay (inc in rental). Linen is included and changed weekly (inc rental). Towels are provided at small cost. Mid-week maid service available on request, payable locally.

The villa is fully air conditioned with an additional charge for electricity used.

There is a large shared pool adjacent to the villa with other pools available on the complex. Small garden to the front and rear with driveway for off road parking.
Several balconies and roof terrace with outdoor furniture and barbeque.

Coast/Beach

Denia's beach and harbour are a 5 minute drive away. The beach at Javea is approximately 10 minutes drive

Golf

Designed by Jose Maria Olazabel, La Sella has its own 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course and driving range. Club handicap certificate is required to play. Clubs and buggies can be hired and tuition is available. 2006 will see a further 9 holes added. Javea's Golf Club is a 15 minute drive and a 30 minute drive will take you to Oliva Nova Golf Resort, a links course.

The villa is within easy reach of the A7 motorway.
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within one hours drive. Car hire is essential.

The stables at La Sella offer activities for both beginners and experienced riders. There are 5 tennis courts with tuition available. Mountain bikes can be hired with the magnificent Montgo National Park nearby to explore. A new theme park and water park are within 30 minutes drive.

Banks and larger supermarkets can be found in nearby Denia.
